Refund Policy

Our commitment

We stand behind the technical integrity of our eBooks. If a purchased file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a replacement file or issue a refund.

What qualifies for a refund

Refunds are provided when there is a verifiable technical flaw that prevents you using the product:

  • File does not open in standard PDF or DOCX readers
  • Corrupted file that is damaged and cannot be accessed

What does not qualify

  • Content dissatisfaction, writing style or personal preference
  • Typos, formatting issues or factual inaccuracies
  • Incompatibility with a specific device or app
  • Accidental purchase (please verify before buying)
  • Technical issues with your own device, software or connection

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us with your PayPal transaction ID, full name, the eBook title and a description of the problem
  2. Include evidence - screenshots or the exact error message, plus the device and software you used
  3. We verify the issue and send a replacement file first
  4. If the replacement also fails, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

One refund per item

Each eBook can be refunded once per customer. When a refund is issued, access to the file is withdrawn.
